J&K Telecom Circle of BSNL has jurisdictions over the entire Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, Union Territory. BSNL J&K circle is fully committed to provide the provide the best Telecom services to the entire population of the region including connecting the home in rural areas on internet through Bharatnet initiative and this will drive the digital growth in the rural areas also.

BSNL has already launched 4G in select cities/ towns of J&K and is in the process of covering more cities and even the remote sites under 4G saturation project where no other telecom operator is providing 4G services, with indigenously designed/ manufactured 4G in a big way. This shall give a big boost to ‘ Make in India’ initiative of Government of India under Atamnirbhar Bharat Scheme. In the Enterprise segment, BSNL J&K circle is fully equipped to cater all the requirements of the customers and has been providing the customized solutions to meet the requirement of our esteemed customers in every category of enterprise customers.

The priority is to improve the Service Delivery, Service Assurance & Public grievances redressal system to ensure best services to the esteemed customers of BSNL, in J&K Circle. More specifically to provide High Speed Internet to all uncovered villages, Enterprise Solutions as per the needs of the customer and faster execution & roll out of indigenous 4G Mobile services to the customers.

BSNL also continuously upgrading the skills of our employee work force through mission Karmyogi initiative of the Government of India, making them ready to meet the customer’s expectations of today and tomorrow.
